Return PoliciesWe are so convinced of advantages of our products for our valuable customers and their lowed buddies that we does not need an allurement in form of popular proclamation “return at any time” at some tricky trade platforms. We have invested professional knowledge, perfect ingredients and a lot of work in each products so we may expect that the minimum price which we ask for them is rather fair compensation. Of course, we understand that sometimes technical mistakes can occurs and customer may change his/her opinion. In this case we are ready to refund return items.
- VetVittles will only accept returns on products that we manufacture.
- VetVittles accepts returns on all unopened items claimed during a week after delivery.
- Please note that we do not accept returns on opened, damaged or used items.
- Items which have not been opened or damaged may be returned within 7 business days for a refund, less shipping charges.
- No restocking fees apply!
To return an unopened product, simply follow these steps:1. Contact our service department by calling 1-888-807-4588, or by sending an email.
2. You will be issued a Return Authorization Number which will need to be included in your return package.
3. Send your package and a copy of the invoice/packing slip to:

Once we receive your package, a refund will be issued using your original payment method (credit card or PayPal). Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be issued.
