Shipment processing time:
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Due to the extraordinarily large volume of orders, the order may occasionally be delayed. Please allow an extra 1-2 days for delivery. If there is a substantial delay with your shipment, we will notify you by email.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We currently provide flat-rate shipping. The delivery fee within the continental United States will be $4. All shipments are mailed via USPS or UPS.
Your order may be eligible for expedited shipment services at an additional cost. Please follow the instructions on the checkout page to select your chosen method of shipment. Only orders with delivery addresses in the continental United States are eligible for overnight delivery.
There may be instances of late delivery and/or mail loss. We strongly advise contacting the carrier first in these circumstances. According to VetVittles policy, the parcel is automatically ruled lost in mail after 5 business days from the original scheduled delivery date. If the package is still missing at that time, please contact us, and you will be eligible for a refund following an internal review.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
VetVittles ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.
At this moment, VetVittles does not offer international shipping.
